Company Registrations & Secretarial Services

Start and Maintain Your Company the Right Way

Registering a company and keeping it compliant can feel complicated when you’re trying to focus on building the actual business. Forms, CIPC submissions, tax registrations, beneficial ownership updates, COIDA, UIF and BEE documents all take time—and mistakes can delay opportunities or create unnecessary risk.

Whether you’re starting a new venture or formalising an existing operation, our team guides you through each step and handles the technical work for you.

That’s why we prioritise accurate documentation, quick turnaround times, and ongoing support so you can concentrate on winning clients and generating revenue while we manage the administrative side.

Frequently Asked Questions

Timeframes can vary depending on CIPC processing times and how quickly we receive your documents, but in many cases a standard registration can be completed within a few working days. We’ll give you an estimated timeline once we’ve reviewed your information.

The Standard package covers the core elements required to get started—company registration, share certificates, tax clearance, SARS profile and (if needed) bank account opening.
The Enhanced package includes all of that, plus Beneficial Ownership submission and a BEE affidavit, which are increasingly important for contracts, tenders and supplier onboarding.

Typically we require certified ID copies for all directors, proof of address, and some basic information about the proposed company (name choices, business description, and shareholding). For certain registrations (like COIDA or CIDB), additional documents may be required. We’ll send you a clear checklist before we begin.

Yes. If your company has outstanding annual returns, incorrect director information, or missing COIDA/UIF registrations, we can help regularise your records. We’ll first assess the current position and then propose a step-by-step plan to bring everything up to date.

We work with both. Many clients approach us at the start-up stage, but we also assist established businesses that need ongoing secretarial support, BEE affidavits, CIDB registrations, or letters of good standing.

Some services have fixed fees (as listed above), while others such as business plan drafting are quoted based on scope and complexity. Where multiple services are needed at once, we can package them together for clarity and cost-efficiency.
